Majority Bondholder definition

Majority Bondholder means the Bondholders with a majority of the aggregate principal amount of Bonds from time to time. As of the Effective Date, U.S. Bank National Association shall be the Majority Bondholder and, notwithstanding the percentage share of the Bonds that it may hold in the future, shall be considered the “Majority Bondholder” hereunder for the purpose of providing any required payments, notices, information and consents hereunder.
Majority Bondholder means Bondholders owning more than 50% of the aggregate principal amount of 2012A Bonds from time to time. As of the Effective Date, the Purchaser shall be the Majority Bondholder.
