Majority Grantor Trust Certificateholders means Grantor Trust Certificateholders holding in the aggregate more than 50% of the Grantor Trust Percentage Interests.
Majority Grantor Trust Certificateholders. With respect to the Group I Grantor Trust Certificates or the Group II Grantor Trust Certificates, the Holders of the related Grantor Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate greater than 50% of the aggregate Current Principal Amount of all the related Grantor Trust Certificates.

  • Trust Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Trust Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.

  • Class A-1 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-1 Certificate.

  • Majority Certificateholders The Holders of Certificates evidencing at least 51% of the Voting Rights.
