Majority of the Unit Owners definition

Majority of the Unit Owners means the owners of more than fifty (50%) percent of the Units.
Majority of the Unit Owners means those Unit Owners owning Units representing more than fifty percent of the aggregate Percentage Interests present and actually voting in person or by proxy at a duly convened meeting at which a quorum is present. Any specified percentage of the Unit Owners means the Unit Owners owning Units representing such percentage of the aggregate Percentage Interests present and actually voting in person or by proxy at such a meeting.
