  • If the purchaser purchasing from the Majority Selling Stockholders does not consummate the purchase of all of the shares of stock requested to be included in the Series B Tag-Along Sale as contemplated in this paragraph 4.3, the Majority Selling Stockholders shall not consummate the Transfer of any of their shares of stock to such purchaser.
