Make Good Escrow Agreement definition

Make Good Escrow Agreement means the Make Good Escrow Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company, Xxxx Capital Partners, LLC, as agent, the escrow agent (the “Make Good Escrow Agent”) set forth therein and Xxxxxx Xxx, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
