Make Up Gas definition

Make Up Gas has the meaning given to such term in Clause 10(c)(i).
Make Up Gas means for any period the total quantity of gas transported pursuant to subsection 9.2 of Rate Schedule FT, Firm Transportation Service of Foothills Pipe Lines Ltd. Gas Transportation Tariff for all Shippers under that Rate Schedule.
Make Up Gas means the amount of Gas, if any, by which the quantity of Baseload Gas delivered to and accepted by Purchaser during a Contract Year for such Contract Year (excluding any Make-Up Gas delivered during such Contract Year) falls short of the Annual Baseload Quantity.

Examples of Make Up Gas in a sentence

  • Title to PTR Make-up Gas shall be transferred to KMTP at the point at which said PTR Make-Up Gas is delivered to KMTP.

  • Each Monthly Availability Plan shall also specify the quantity of Make-Up Gas (if any) that Seller will make available to Purchaser on each Day of the next Month, which shall be the same amount, not subject to Day-to-Day variation, on each such Day.

  • The respective obligations of the Parties to sell and deliver and purchase and receive Make-Up Gas shall not be affected by any Scheduled Maintenance Outage.

  • Once nominated by Purchaser to Seller, the nominated quantities of Baseload Gas and Make-Up Gas for each Day of the next succeeding or next following Month shall constitute Scheduled Gas and it shall be a Firm obligation of Seller to sell and deliver, and a Firm obligation of Purchaser to purchase and receive, such quantities of Baseload Gas and Make-Up Gas on such Day.

  • In addition to the Baseload Quantity volumes and Make-Up Gas, Seller may have Additional Quantities, if any, available from time to time for purchase.


More Definitions of Make Up Gas

Make Up Gas means that portion of the quantity of Contract Gas which Buyer has paid for but not taken in the relevant Month, and where the context so requires, means the aggregate of such quantities of Contract Gas credited to Buyer in respect of prior Months less any quantities of Contract Gas taken by Buyer pursuant to clause 6.5.1;
Make Up Gas means the volume taken by an Underproducer to make up Cumulative Underproduction pursuant to Paragraph 2.4 below.
Make Up Gas means the quantity of Gas determined as set out in clause 4.20.
Make Up Gas means, in respect of a Contract Year where the Annual Minimum Quantity for that Contract Year exceeds the Gas delivered to and taken by Gascor for that Contract Year under the Principal Contract, a quantity of Gas (expressed in GJ) equivalent to that excess;
Make Up Gas means the quantity of Gas (expressed in GJ) delivered each Day or caused to be delivered each Day by Customer to ATCO PipelinesGas Pipeline System, which is equal to the quantity of energy (GJ) contained in the Plant Liquids removed, plus the Customer Fuel Gas consumed, from the Inlet Gas.
Make Up Gas has the meaning given to such term in Clause 10.3 (a). “MMBtu” means one million (1,000,000) British Thermal Units.
