Monthly Charges definition
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Monthly Charges means the monthly Recurring Charges for the Service and the sum of the Usage Charges for the three full previous months divided by three.
Monthly Charges means all those monthly charges payable by you pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, including the Working Capital Fund Fees, the fees for optional services, the additional monthly fees for nursing care, if any, and all other fees and charges payable monthly pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, as appropriate in the particular circumstances.
Examples of Monthly Charges in a sentence
The aggregate liability of either: (a) Customer, its Affiliates and Participating Entities; or (b) Verizon and its Affiliates, to the others collectively for any and all Events in an Annual Period is limited to an amount equal to 12 times the Average Monthly Charges.
Disconnection and reconnection of temporary service is subject to the repayment of monthly fees under Section 22.12 (Payment of Monthly Charges During Disconnection).
