Inlet Gas definition

Inlet Gas means all Gas delivered into the Plant from the KMTP Line, being the Copano Gas and the KMTP Gas.
Inlet Gas means Off-Gas and other Gas that is Processed at the Plant for the extraction of Plant Products and certain incidental non-hydrocarbon materials.
Inlet Gas means the quantity of Gas (expressed in GJ) delivered each Day at the Point of Delivery, off of the ATCO PipelinesGas Pipeline System to the inlet of Customer’s Plant.

Examples of Inlet Gas in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, KMTP shall have the right to require COPANO to bypass the Plant with all or part of the Inlet Gas during any period in which the threat of hurricanes or freezing weather in the U.

  • Inlet Gas shall be delivered to COPANO at the Delivery Point at the pressure that exists in the KMTP Line.

  • Each month COPANO shall determine the Products and PTR attributable to each source of Inlet Gas.

  • Processor shall have the right to curtail the delivery of Supplier’s Off-Gas if a particular constituent of total sulfur in the combined Inlet Gas streams from all suppliers is of sufficient concentration that Processor believes in its reasonable and sole opinion, may affect product quality, Plant operations, or damage Plant equipment, even though the total sulfur in the respective Refineries’ Off-Gas streams are within the above specifications.

  • T = The total quantity of all Inlet Gas, measured in Mscf, delivered at all delivery points during such Month.

  • The total quantity of Residue Gas due Supplier each Month shall be equal to the actual Residue Gas attributable to all Inlet Gas delivered to the Plant during such Month multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the theoretical Residue Gas attributable to Supplier’s Off-Gas delivered to the Delivery Point during such Month and the denominator of which shall be the total quantity of theoretical Residue Gas as is contained in all Inlet Gas delivered at all delivery points during such Month.

Related to Inlet Gas

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Gas means natural gas, manufactured gas, synthetic natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or propane-air gas, or a mixture of any of them, but does not include a liquefied petroleum gas that is distributed by means other than a pipeline;

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Boiler Fuel means natural gas used as fuel for the generation of steam and in internal combustion turbine engines for the generations of electricity.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Carbon dioxide or “CO2” means the most common of the six primary greenhouse gases, consisting on a molecular level of a single carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Bottled water means water that is placed in a safety sealed container or package for human 696 consumption. Bottled water is calorie free and does not contain sweeteners or other additives except 697 that it may contain: (i) antimicrobial agents; (ii) fluoride; (iii) carbonation; (iv) vitamins, minerals, and 698 electrolytes; (v) oxygen; (vi) preservatives; and (vii) only those flavors, extracts, or essences derived 699 from a spice or fruit. "Bottled water" includes water that is delivered to the buyer in a reusable 700 container that is not sold with the water.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;
