Managed Practice definition

Managed Practice means Elite Body Sculpture, P.C., Madison Avenue Medical PLLC, EBS Illinois, LLC, EBS - Texas, LLC, EBS Georgia, LLC and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership or association that is party to a management services agreement or similar agreement with the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates for the rendering of certain management services and other related services by the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates. Employee agrees that:
Managed Practice has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Class D Purchase Agreement.

  • Executive shall promptly notify Company in writing if: (A) during the two (2) years following the expiration or termination of the Term for any reason, Executive is contacted by any Managed Practice or actively sought prospective Managed Practice with a request that Executive provide Managed Practice with any management services; and (B) provision of such services, as requested, would constitute a violation of Executive's covenants in this Section 5.

  • The Company, its Subsidiaries and the Managed Practice have at all times made all disclosures to users or customers required by applicable laws and regulatory rules or requirements, and none of such disclosures made or contained in any Policy have, to the knowledge of the Company, been inaccurate or in violation of any applicable laws and regulatory rules or requirements in any material respect.

Managed Practice means Xxxxxxxx Pathology, LLP d/b/a Avero Diagnostics.

Managed Practice means each physician practice with which the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Hospital Joint Ventures has a comprehensive strategic alliance through a management agreement or other contractual relationship.
Managed Practice means any dentist, orthodontist, professional association, professional corporation, partnership or similar Person that, pursuant to a Service Agreement, provides dental or orthodontic services at a center, clinic or other facility operated by OCA or any of its Subsidiaries.
Managed Practice means any professional association, professional corporation, partnership or similar Person that provides ear, nose, throat, head, neck or related services (including, without limitation, services in the fields of allergy, audiology, oral surgery, pulmonology, plastic surgery or sleep medicine) which has entered into a Service Agreement with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
