Management Company Fees definition

Management Company Fees means the reasonable and customary fees for management services provided by an independent management company, or reasonable fees for such services charged by Landlord or affiliated management companies (which fees shall not exceed the fees that would have been charged in an arms-length transaction.
Management Company Fees means the Management Company fees described in Schedule 2.

Management Company Fees means the Management Company fees described in Schedule 2 of the Compartment Regulations.

Related to Management Company Fees

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;

  • Management Expenses means the Management Expenses more particularly described in Clause 10.1;
