Management Expenses means the costs, charges and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred or to be incurred for the management and maintenance of the Land and the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities therein to be borne by the Owners including the remuneration of the Manager as provided in this Deed;
Management Expenses means expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Development provided in this Deed which, except for the purpose of Clause 4.3 of Section IV of this Deed, shall include the Manager’s Remuneration;
Management Expenses means expenses incurred in the administration of an insurer which are not commission payable and, in the case of general insurance business, are not incurred in claims paid, claims outstanding, expenses for settling claims and expenses for settling claims outstanding;

The Manager’s Remuneration shall be paid by the Owners monthly in advance on the first day of every calendar month by reference to the total budgeted Management Expenses with adjustment to be made at the end of each financial year when the total Management Expenses are ascertained.
More Definitions of Management Expenses
Management Expenses means the Management Expenses more particularly described in Clause 10.1;
Management Expenses means the management fee payable by an Oil Major Company to the Issuer pursuant to the relevant Energy Purchase Agreement;
Management Expenses means collectively the Estate Management Expenses, the Residential Management Expenses and (upon execution of a Sub-Deed in respect of the Commercial Development) the Commercial Management Expenses.

For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include only the costs of building management site staff for daily operation in the Building, insurance costs (other than Property Insurance (as defined in Clause 4.7(a)(ii))), other out-of- pocket repair and maintenance costs exclusively for the Building, but shall exclude any expenses or fees incurred by KWHK in any sub-contracting or delegating arrangement for any of the services specified in this Agreement.
