Management Company Plan definition

Management Company Plan means the Plan as administered pursuant to Section 3.3 hereof for the benefit of the employees of the Management Company or its Affiliates.

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
