Welfare Benefit Plan definition

Welfare Benefit Plan means each welfare benefit plan maintained or contributed to by the Company, including, but not limited to a plan that provides health (including medical and dental), life, accident or disability benefits or insurance, or similar coverage, in which Executive was participating at the time of the Change in Control.

Welfare Benefit Plan means a Plan which is an “employee welfare benefit plan” within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA.

More Definitions of Welfare Benefit Plan

Welfare Benefit Plan means each welfare benefit plan maintained or contributed to by the Company in which Executive was participating at the time of a Change in Control that provides health (including medical and dental), life, accident or disability benefits or insurance, vision care or long-term care insurance.
Welfare Benefit Plan means any Plan that provides any Welfare Benefits.
Welfare Benefit Plan will mean an "employee welfare benefit plan" as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA, including an employee welfare benefit plan which is a "multiemployer welfare plan" as defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA and a "multiple employer welfare arrangement" as defined in Section 3(40) of ERISA.
