Management Loans definition

Management Loans. Indebtedness (including any extension, renewal or refinancing thereof) outstanding at any time incurred by any Management Investors in connection with any purchases by them of Management Stock, which Indebtedness is entitled to the benefit of any Management Guarantee of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Management Loans means one or more loans by the Company or Holdings to officers and/or directors of the Company and any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to finance the purchase by such officers and directors of common stock of Holdings; provided, however, that the aggregate principal amount of all such Management Loans outstanding at any time shall not exceed $10.0 million.
Management Loans is defined in clause (m) of Section 7.2.5.
