  • In the event that a licence issued under this Chapter is lost or destroyed, the Manager of Legislative Services upon satisfactory proof of such loss or destruction, and upon payment of a replacement fee, the Manager of Legislative Services shall issue a duplicate of the original licence, upon which shall be stamped or marked the word "DUPLICATE".
