Manager of Purchasing and Supply definition

Manager of Purchasing and Supply means a person responsible for the Purchasing and Supply section at the City. For the purposes of this Policy, when ‘Manager of Purchasing and Supply’ appears it does not include staff that has been delegated approval authority by the ‘Manager of Purchasing and Supply’, unless otherwise noted.

Pending correction of title, the payments hereunder required shall be postponed, but upon correction of title and within ten (10) days after written notice of correction to the Buyer, the parties shall perform this Agreement according to its terms.

  • Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations and warranties with respect to the Companies made by the Seller in the Acquisition Agreement to the extent a breach of such representations and warranties is material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that the Borrower or its Affiliates have the right to terminate its or their obligations under the Acquisition Agreement (or decline to consummate the Rockwood Acquisition) as a result of a breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Price Agreement means a definite quantity contract or indefinite quantity contract which requires the contractor to furnish items of tangible personal property, services or construction to a state agency or a local public body which issues a purchase order, if the purchase order is within the quantity limitations of the contract, if any.

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • Scope of Supply means the agreed Goods and/or Services to be delivered or performed under the Con- tract as set out in the Contract.
