Project Buyer definition

Project Buyer means the City’s employee assigned to serve as the contact person for Bidders/Sellers responding to Invitations For Bid or completing contracts herein.

Examples of Project Buyer in a sentence

  • You will have 10 days after notification that your Bid was selected for contract award by City to provide proof of such coverage by providing the assigned Project Buyer shown on the Summary Sheet of this Bid Packet with a Certificate of Insurance.

  • If the Bidder obtained this IFB through the website (www.tulsaairports.com), Bidder should contact the Project Buyer to receive any addenda to the IFB.

  • The same procedure should be followed to request clarification of any item in the IFB.Bidders are encouraged to contact the Project Buyer by email if there is anything in these specifications that prevents Bidder from submitting a Bid, or completing the Bid Packet.

  • If there are determined to be deliverability Network Upgrade costs on the CAISO Grid as an affected system of the Native Balancing Authority as a result of this Project, Buyer can request that Seller elect to fund or elect not to fund all deliverability Network Upgrades.

  • All disposals of Materials and supplies shall be pre-approved and are at the discretion of the Project Buyer.

  • If the Suspension results from a Force Majeure Event or Seller’s negligence or willful misconduct in the operation of the Project, Buyer will be excused from payment of an equitable portion of the Monthly Capacity Payment.

  • After completion of the Project, Buyer shall report on its use of SBE’s to DCD’s Real Estate Office in terms of the total number of SBE contractors used and the dollar volume of such contracts.

Related to Project Buyer

  • Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Primary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as the principal supplier of the Goods and/or Services required under this Agreement.

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.
