Mandated Guidance definition

Mandated Guidance means any protocol, policy, guidance, guidelines, framework or manual relating to the exercise of the Joint Functions and issued by NHS England from time to time as mandatory in respect of the Joint Working Arrangements. At the Commencement Date the Mandated Guidance in respect of the Joint Functions shall be as set out in Schedule 8;

  • The Joint Committee shall ensure full compliance with the Finance Guidance and any other relevant Mandated Guidance.

  • In exercising the Joint Functions, the Joint Committee must comply with the Mandated Guidance set out in Schedule 8, or otherwise referred to in this Agreement, and such further Mandated Guidance as may be issued by NHS England from time to time, including on the NHS England or FutureNHS websites.

  • Primary Medical Services Contract Management The ICB must comply with any future national Mandated Guidance on equitable funding as may apply from time to time.

  • Finance 7.1 Further requirements in respect of finance will be specified in Mandated Guidance.

Related to Mandated Guidance

  • Uniform Guidance means the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, which supersedes requirements from OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-110, and A-122, OMB Circulars A-89, A-102, and A-133, and the guidance in Circular A-50 on Single Audit Act follow-up. The terms and conditions of the Uniform Guidance flow down to Awards to Subrecipients unless the Uniform Guidance or the terms and conditions of the Federal Award specifically indicate otherwise.

  • Guidance means any guidance issued or updated by the UK Government from time to time in relation to the Regulations;

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;
