Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock means the Company's Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock and any series of preferred stock of the Company issued in exchange for, or the proceeds of which are used to repurchase, redeem, defease or otherwise acquire, all or any portion of the Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock or any other Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock.
Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock means the CSC Holdings’ Series A Exchangeable Participating Preferred Stock, Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock and any series of preferred stock of CSC Holdings issued in exchange for, or the proceeds of which are used to repurchase, redeem, defease or otherwise acquire, all or any portion of the Series A Exchangeable Participating Preferred Stock, the Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock or any other Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock.
Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock means the Company’s Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock and any other series of Capital Stock of the Company that is Disqualified Stock outstanding at the time of issuance of the applicable series of Securities and any series of Preferred Stock of the Company issued in exchange for, or the proceeds of which are used to repurchase, redeem, defease or otherwise acquire, all or any portion of the Series H Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock, Series M Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock or any other Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock.

It is acknowledged that none of the partnership interests in the Company, as of the date hereof, constitute Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Stock.
