Mandatory Redemption Event Notice definition

Mandatory Redemption Event Notice means a written notice given by the Issuer to the Noteholders of the occurrence of a Mandatory Redemption Event.
Mandatory Redemption Event Notice means the notice delivered by the Issuer to the Trustee, the Custodian and the Noteholders pursuant to Condition 8(c), giving notice of the occurrence of a Mandatory Redemption Event.
Mandatory Redemption Event Notice means a written notice given in accordance with the provisions of Condition 17 (Notices) by or on behalf of the Issuer to the Noteholders of the occurrence of a Mandatory Redemption Event.
