Manufactured Home Subdivision definition

Manufactured Home Subdivision means the planned division of a parcel of land into one or more smaller parcels, each of which is individually registered with the Alberta Land Titles Office, for the sole purpose of placing a manufactured home and accessory structures on each separately registered parcel;
Manufactured Home Subdivision means an area subdivided by registered plan, containing lots for manufactured homes by free-hold or leasehold tenure;
Manufactured Home Subdivision means a parcel comprehensively designed, developed, operated and maintained to provide sites and facilities for the placement and occupancy of manufactured homes on a rental basis;
