Manufactured Home Subdivision definition

Manufactured Home Subdivision means the planned division of a parcel of land into one or more smaller parcels, each of which is individually registered with the Alberta Land Titles Office, for the sole purpose of placing a manufactured home and accessory structures on each separately registered parcel;

Manufactured Home Subdivision means an area subdivided by registered plan, containing lots for manufactured homes by free-hold or leasehold tenure;

Manufactured Home Subdivision means a parcel comprehensively designed, developed, operated and maintained to provide sites and facilities for the placement and occupancy of manufactured homes on a rental basis;

Examples of Manufactured Home Subdivision in a sentence

• The Manufactured Home Subdivision will allow for the design, construction and sale of lots specifically designed for manufactured housing units which will be permanently affixed to the ground by permanent foundations and connected to public utility services in a like manner as conventionally on-site constructed homes.

More Definitions of Manufactured Home Subdivision
