Land to be divided definition

Land to be divided means land that is proposed to be divided by a minor subdivision.
Land to be divided means land that is proposed to be divided by a minor lot subdivision, as defined in this subsection.

Related to Land to be divided

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • deemed to be elected means deemed to be elected for the purposes of counting of votes but without prejudice to the declaration of the result of the poll,

  • Security Held or to be Acquired by a Fund means (1) any Covered Security that within the most recent 15 days (a) is or has been held by one of the Funds or a mutual fund sub-advised by MCM; or (b) is being or has been considered by a Fund or MCM for purchase by the Fund or a mutual fund sub-advised by MCM; and (2) any option to purchase or sell, and any security convertible into or exchangeable for, such a Covered Security.

  • Number of units deemed to be in issue means the aggregate of the number of units issued and still remaining outstanding.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Delivery into consignees store or to his site means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, as published by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and effective with respect to fiscal periods ending on or after December 15, 1995.

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • person appearing to be interested in any shares shall mean any person named in a response to a statutory notice or otherwise notified to the company by a member as being so interested or shown in any register or record kept by the company under the Companies Acts as so interested or, taking into account a response or failure to respond in the light of the response to any other statutory notice and any other relevant information in the possession of the company, any person whom the company knows or has reasonable cause to believe is or may be so interested;

  • 2001 CSO Mortality Table means that mortality table, consisting of separate rates of mortality for male and female lives, developed by the American Academy of Actuaries CSO Task Force from the valuation basic mortality table developed by the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Insurance Valuation Mortal- ity Task Force, and adopted by the NAIC in December 2002. The 2001 CSO mortality table is included in the Proceedings of the NAIC (2nd Quarter 2002) and is supplemented by the 2001 CSO preferred class structure mortality table and may be obtained from the office. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “2001 CSO mortality table” includes both the ultimate form of that table and the select and ultimate form of that table and includes both the smoker and nonsmoker mortality tables and the composite mor- tality tables. It also includes both the age−nearest−birthday and age−last−birthday bases of the mortality tables.

  • Adjustment Number shall initially be 10,000. In the event the Corporation shall at any time after November 5, 1998 (i) declare or pay any dividend on Common Stock payable in shares of Common Stock, (ii) subdivide the outstanding Common Stock into a greater number of shares or (iii) combine the outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, then in each such case the Adjustment Number in effect immediately prior to such event shall be adjusted by multiplying such Adjustment Number by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately after such event and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to such event.

  • Land Value means, at any time:-

  • Serial number within the part, lot, or batch number means a combination of numbers or letters assigned by the enterprise to an item that provides for the differentiation of that item from any other like item within a part, lot, or batch number assignment.

  • Yard, Front means a yard extending across the full width of the lot between the Front Lot Line of the lot and the nearest part of the nearest building or structure on the lot.

  • variable means a quantitative or qualitative representation of a property characteristic used in a valuation model

  • Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:

  • Assessed Valuation means the amount for which the Real Property is assessed pursuant to applicable provisions of the New York City Charter and of the Administrative Code of the City of New York for the purpose of imposition of Taxes.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Purchase Price and Terms Agreement Those certain agreements setting forth the general terms and conditions of the transactions consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased from time to time hereunder, by and between the Seller and the Purchaser.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
