Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loans definition

Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loans means any first-lien Mortgage Loan (a) with a FICO score not below 620 and (b) with respect to which the Mortgaged Property is a manufactured dwelling and (i) such Mortgage Loan conforms with the applicable Agency requirements regarding mortgage loans related to manufactured dwellings, (ii) the related manufactured dwelling is permanently affixed to the land, (iii) the related manufactured dwelling and land are subject to a Mortgage properly filed in the appropriate public recording office and naming Seller as mortgagee, (iv) the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located will deem the manufactured dwelling located on such Mortgaged Property to be a part of the real property on which such dwelling is located, and (v) such Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loan is (A) a qualified mortgage under Section 860G(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and (B) secured by manufactured housing treated as a single family residence under Section 25(e)(10) of the Code.

Related to Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loans

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Performing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan that is not a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Eligible Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan (including a Wet Funded Loan) with respect to which each of the following statements shall be accurate and complete (and Borrower, by including such Mortgage Loan in any computation of the Borrowing Base, shall be deemed to so represent and warrant to the Lenders as of the date of such computation):

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Conforming Mortgage Loan means a first lien Mortgage Loan originated in accordance with the criteria of an Agency for purchase of Mortgage Loans, including, without limitation, conventional Mortgage Loans, as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • REO Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is not a Liquidated Loan and as to which the indebtedness evidenced by the related Mortgage Note is discharged and the related Mortgaged Property is held as part of the Trust Estate.

  • Jumbo Mortgage Loan Unless defined otherwise in the Transactions Terms Letter, a first lien Mortgage Loan (i) for which the original loan amount is greater than the applicable conventional conforming loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Authority in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located and (ii) which meets the transaction requirements set forth on Schedule 1 of the Transactions Terms Letter.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 2 Mortgage Loans.
