Manufacturing and Supply Agreements definition

Manufacturing and Supply Agreements means those Manufacturing and Supply Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, between Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx or its Affiliates on the one hand, and Halyard or its Affiliates on the other hand.
