Manufacturing Territory definition

Manufacturing Territory means the country of India and the Patent Territory.
Manufacturing Territory means all the countries in the world excluding Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Manufacturing Territory means the United States.

  • Licensee acknowledges that it does not own, or purport to own, any trademark rights relating to the word BOSS in the Sales Territory or the Manufacturing Territory.

  • Upon the execution of this Agreement, Licensee shall no longer place orders for Licensed Products bearing any trademark and copyright notices used prior to execution of the FMRA and will take reasonable steps to ensure that such goods are no longer manufactured in the Manufacturing Territory; provided, however, that Licensee shall not be required to remove prior trademark and copyright notices already affixed to such garments or to unreasonably disrupt work in progress.

  • Licensee agrees not to manufacture, export, import, ship or distribute from or to any country in the Manufacturing Territory, nor give its permission to any third party to manufacture, export, import, ship or distribute from or to any country in the Manufacturing Territory, Substandard Licensed Products without the prior written approval of Licensor.

  • Licensee agrees to obtain all government approvals and registrations which are required under the laws of the Manufacturing Territory as a result of Licensee's activities in connection with this Agreement and to pay any taxes or fees required by any such foreign or domestic government as a result of Licensee's activities under this Agreement other than any taxes payable by Licensor or its affiliates as a result of its receipt of any payments hereunder.
