Manufacturing Units definition

Manufacturing Units means any Electric Vehicle manufacturing units, EV component manufacturing units, Charging/ Battery equipment manufacturing units and Battery manufacturing units.
Manufacturing Units means the distillery owned and operated by the Company in Rangapur, Telanagana, along with the owned or leased bottling units operated by the Company, as disclosed in the Offer Documents.
Manufacturing Units means the manufacturing units that are to be acquired by the Purchaser or one of its Affiliates pursuant to Schedule 10; Marketing Contribution means Gross Profit less media, advertising and promotion spending, as arrived at using the Accounting Principles;

  • In case the bidder is OEM i.e. Manufacturing Units, he will have to submit authentic documents/ Propriety Article Certificate.III.

  • This is to qualify that the bidder will have to provide the details regarding country of origin, Make & manufacturer, current model ,fresh import of equipment’s or previously supplied/manufactured model along with details of Manufacturing Units and mode of supply, shipment and any other associated details etc.

  • In Group A and B areas, only eligible 100% Export Oriented Units (EOUs), Information Technology Manufacturing Units and Bio-Technology Manufacturing units will also be exempted from payment of Electricity Duty for a period of 7 Years.
