Maple Acquisition definition

Maple Acquisition. As previously disclosed in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 6, 2023 with the SEC, on October 31, 2023, Vital completed the acquisition of certain oil and natural gas properties from Maple Energy Holdings, LLC . Total consideration paid was $168.7 million, after closing adjustments, subject to post-closing adjustments, consisting of 3.37 million shares of common stock of Vital. In addition, Xxxxx assumed suspended revenue obligations of $3.3 million and asset retirement obligations of $1.9 million, both based upon estimated fair value as of October 31, 2023.
