Margin Amount definition

Margin Amount with respect to any Transaction means an amount which is at least equivalent to the Required Margin and which shall be tied to the Purchase Price of the Securities throughout the life of this Agreement as calculated no less than on a daily basis;
Margin Amount means, with respect to any Purchased Asset on any date, an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the unpaid principal balance of such Purchased Asset and (ii) the Market Value of such Purchased Asset, multiplied by (b) the Purchase Price Percentage for such Purchased Asset.
Margin Amount means, with respect to any Purchased Loan as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of the applicable Margin Percentage and the outstanding Purchase Price of such Purchased Loan as of such date.

More Definitions of Margin Amount

Margin Amount means, with respect to each Purchased Asset, the amount equal to the product of the lesser of (x) the unpaid principal balance of such Purchased Asset and (y) the Market Value of such Purchased Asset, multiplied by the Purchase Price Percentage for such Purchased Asset specified in the related Confirmation.
