Marijuana extraction definition

Marijuana extraction means the process of extracting marijuana with solvents or gases.
Marijuana extraction means the process of extracting marijuana concentrate from harvested marijuana using water, lipids, gases, solvents, other chemicals or chemical processes, or the application of heat and/or pressure for the purpose of extracting marijuana concentrate. “Marijuana extraction” does not include the process of extracting concentrate from hemp as defined in 7 MRS § 2231.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Marijuana cultivation facility means an entity licensed to cultivate, prepare, and package marijuana and sell marijuana to retail marijuana stores, to marijuana product manufacturing facilities, and to other marijuana cultivation facilities, but not to consumers.

  • Cannabinoid extract means a substance obtained by separating cannabinoids from marijuana by:

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Marijuana establishment means a marijuana cultivation facility, a marijuana testing facility, a marijuana product manufacturing facility, or a retail marijuana store.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,

  • Marijuana processor means a person who processes marijuana items in this state.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.
