Marine Claims definition

Marine Claims means any dispute or claim arising under these Marine Provisions, including but not limited to demurrage claims disputes.
Marine Claims means any dispute or claim concerning, involving, or relating to a marine vessel arising under US maritime law, other applicable maritime law, or these Dry Bulk Marine Provisions, including a Demurrage-claim dispute.
Marine Claims means any dispute or claim arising under these Berthing Requirements, including but not limited to demurrage claims.
