If Chevron or HECO has reason to believe that the quality of LSFO stated for an individual Marine Delivery is not in conformance with the qualities described in Article 4, Chevron and HECO shall attempt to resolve the quality problem pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4.
The volume of Chevron’s Marine Delivery shall conform to the provisions of Section 3.2(f) herein unless it has received prior written approval from HECO.
