Market Disruption Day definition

Market Disruption Day means, in respect of an Individual Commodity Index, a Trading Day
Market Disruption Day means a Trading Day in respect of which a Market Disruption Event occurs;
Market Disruption Day means, in respect of any type of Metal or LME Warrant, any day on which a Market Disruption Event occurs or is continuing in respect of LME Warrants of that type;

  • If there are five or more consecutive Market Disruption Days, then on each subsequent Market Disruption Day (up to a maximum continuous period of 30 days (each Trading Day during that period being a Pricing Day)) the Calculation Agent will calculate and publish a substitute value for the relevant Commodity Index and those days will be Pricing Days.

  • This shows a substantial reduction in average query latency that improves with increasing network size.

  • For the entering into or termination of a Commodity Contract, if day t is a Market Disruption Day for the Commodity Index relating to that Commodity Contract, no Daily Contract Price will be determined and all rights to create or redeem Creation Units will be suspended.

  • For instance, if the Market Disruption Day occurred on the 8th Trading Day preceding the Last Trading Day of the Active Contract, the 20% portion that was to be rolled on that day will be added to the 20% roll on the next Trading Day making the total roll 40% on that Trading Day.

  • Non-calculation or non-publication of a Commodity Index on a Market Disruption Day in respect of that Commodity Index shall not constitute a breach by the Counterparty of its obligations under Clauses 14.1 or 14.2.

  • Market Disruption means any of the following events or situations if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, any of these is material to the valuation of a Reference Item or any Hedging Arrangements of the Issuer in relation to the Securities provided that any Market Disruption in respect of a Relevant Reference Item shall be deemed to be a Market Disruption in respect of the related Reference Item:

  • Market Disruption Rate means the rate (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Market Disruption Event means either of the following events as determined by the Calculation Agent:

  • FX Market Disruption Event means each of the following events:

  • VWAP Market Disruption Event means, with respect to any date, (A) the failure by the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed, or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded, to open for trading during its regular trading session on such date; or (B) the occurrence or existence, for more than one half hour period in the aggregate, of any suspension or limitation imposed on trading (by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant exchange or otherwise) in the Common Stock or in any options contracts or futures contracts relating to the Common Stock, and such suspension or limitation occurs or exists at any time before 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on such date.

  • Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.

  • Quotation Day means, in relation to any period for which an interest rate is to be determined, two (2) Business Days before the first day of that period.

  • Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • Eurodollar Disruption Event The occurrence of any of the following: (a) any Liquidity Bank shall have notified the Administrative Agent of a determination by such Liquidity Bank or any of its assignees or participants that it would be contrary to law or to the directive of any central bank or other governmental authority (whether or not having the force of law) to obtain Dollars in the London interbank market to fund any Advance, (b) any Liquidity Bank shall have notified the Administrative Agent of the inability, for any reason, of such Liquidity Bank or any of its assignees or participants to determine the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate, (c) any Liquidity Bank shall have notified the Administrative Agent of a determination by such Liquidity Bank or any of its assignees or participants that the rate at which deposits of Dollars are being offered to such Liquidity Bank or any of its assignees or participants in the London interbank market does not accurately reflect the cost to such Liquidity Bank, such assignee or such participant of making, funding or maintaining any Advance, (d) any Liquidity Bank shall have notified the Administrative Agent of the inability of such Liquidity Bank or any of its assignees or participants to obtain Dollars in the London interbank market to make, fund or maintain any Advance or (e) any Liquidity Bank shall have notified the Administrative Agent that the principal amount of Advances to be funded by it is less than $500,000.

  • Market Day means a day on which the SGX-ST is open for trading in securities;

  • Interest Quotation Day means, in relation to any period for which Interest Rate is to be determined, 2 Quotation Business Days before the first day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.

  • SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • FX Disruption Event ' means the occurrence of any event on any day or any number of consecutive days as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and reasonable discretion that affects the Issuer’s currency hedging (if any) with respect to the Products.

  • Evaluation Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR

  • Final Disruption Date has the meaning provided in Annex A to this Confirmation. Notwithstanding the foregoing and anything to the contrary in the Equity Definitions, if a Market Disruption Event occurs on any Expiration Date, the Calculation Agent, acting commercially reasonably, may determine that such Expiration Date is a Disrupted Day only in part, in which case (i) the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the Number of Warrants for the relevant Component for which such day shall be the Expiration Date and shall designate the Scheduled Trading Day determined in the manner described in the second preceding sentence as the Expiration Date for the remaining Warrants for such Component, and (ii) the VWAP Price for such Disrupted Day shall be determined by the Calculation Agent based on transactions in the Shares on such Disrupted Day taking into account the nature and duration of such Market Disruption Event on such day. Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, but prior to the open of the regular trading session of the Exchange on such day, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full.

  • Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Interest Period means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100 of 1%) by dividing (i) the applicable London Interbank Offered Rate by (ii) 1.00 minus the Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Rate Fixing Day means the second Business Day before the first day of an Interest Period for a Loan.

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Settlement Disruption Event means each of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner:

  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Agent Bank at approximately 12:00 p.m. (London time) on such Reset Determination Date. If at least three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided. If only one quotation is provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the quotation provided. If no quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate for the relevant Reset Period will be (i) in the case of each Reset Period other than the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate in respect of the immediately preceding Reset Period or (ii) in the case of the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, an amount equal to the Initial Interest Rate less the Margin;

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;

  • Reference Bank Rate means the arithmetic mean of the rates (rounded upwards to four decimal places) supplied to the Administrative Agent at its request by the Reference Banks (as the case may be) as of the applicable time on the Quotation Day for Loans in the applicable currency and the applicable Interest Period as the rate at which the relevant Reference Bank could borrow funds in the London (or other applicable) interbank market in the relevant currency and for the relevant period, were it to do so by asking for and then accepting interbank offers in reasonable market size in that currency and for that period.
