Marketing Allowance definition

Marketing Allowance means XXXXX percent (XXXXX%) of Net Sales.
Marketing Allowance means, for any period, [*] percent ([*]%) of the [*] of such Product in such period, for the selling, marketing and other expenses related to the Product incurred by Xxxxxx and its Affiliates.

More Definitions of Marketing Allowance
