Marketing Allowance definition

Marketing Allowance means XXXXX percent (XXXXX%) of Net Sales.
Marketing Allowance means, for any period, [*] percent ([*]%) of the [*] of such Product in such period, for the selling, marketing and other expenses related to the Product incurred by W▇▇▇▇▇ and its Affiliates.
Marketing Allowance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11.

Marketing Allowance means the sum set forth on the Approved Budget, which sum shall be used for expenses incurred by Developer in connection with the marketing of the Project to prospective tenants. As used herein, the term "Lease-Up Allowance" shall mean the sum set forth on the Approved Budget, which sum shall be used to assist Developer in paying rent due Owner under the Facility Lease during the initial 18 months of operation of the Project.
