Marketing Associate definition

Marketing Associate means a third party entity specified on an IPA which has an agreement with INSOURCE authorizing such third party to market the Licensed Software and any other related services to the Licensee.
Marketing Associate means a third party entity specified on an Order Form which has an agreement with Infor authorizing such third party to market the Component Systems and related services, maintenance and support to Licensee.
Marketing Associate means any carrier that uses Customer's designator code in the Display of certain designated flights and, with respect to such flights, also uses its own designator code.

  • Pharmaceutical care means the provision of drug therapy and
