Marketing Termination Date definition

Marketing Termination Date means the date that is one (1) year after the Effective Date, or such earlier date as Reinsurer may hereafter request.

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.
