Marketplace Member definition

Marketplace Member means a Member that is a Marketplace.
Marketplace Member is an entity participating in the Financing Marketplace administering a program providing Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing within [city, county].

  • A Marketplace shall cease to be a Marketplace Member upon the termination of the agreement for the Corporation to be the regulation services provider to the Marketplace.

  • If a Marketplace has requested that the Corporation act as the regulation services provider for that Marketplace, the Marketplace shall be accepted as a Marketplace Member effective upon the execution of an agreement with the Marketplace that has been authorized by the Board, for the Corporation to be the regulation services provider to that Marketplace.

  • Bidding Company shall refer to such single company that has made a Response to RFP for the Project;

  • General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.

  • Company has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
