  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the arrangements evidenced hereby shall be considered Marriott Rewards and SkyMall Confidential Information, and any non-public information about the Marriott Rewards Program, including Marriott Rewards Data ("Marriott Rewards Materials") shall be considered Marriott Rewards Confidential Information.
