Master Maintenance Agreement definition

Master Maintenance Agreement means an agreement for the provision or procurement of maintenance between the Borrower and a Maintenance Provider in relation to the FSRU substantially following the terms set out in the applicable outline terms provided to the Mandated Lead Arrangers prior to the date of this Agreement or as otherwise approved.
Master Maintenance Agreement means that certain Master Maintenance Agreement between the Parties dated as of the Contract Date, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Master Maintenance Agreement means the Master Maintenance Agreement of even date herewith by and between the VAR and InterSystems, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
