Master Netting Agreement definition

Master Netting Agreement means that certain Global Netting and Security Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2020, among Purchaser, Seller, and certain Affiliates and Subsidiaries of Purchaser, entered into in connection with this Agreement, as the same shall be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Master Netting Agreement means the letter agreement among Buyer, Seller and certain Affiliates and Subsidiaries of Buyer and/or Seller, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
