Master Senior Deposit Agreement definition

Master Senior Deposit Agreement means the agreement dated 15 December 2004, as amended and/or supplemented from time to time, entered into between the Purchaser and the Depositor under which the Depositor has agreed to make a Senior Deposit with the Purchaser.

Related to Master Senior Deposit Agreement

  • Escrow Deposit Agreement means the agreement provided for in Section 4.02(a) of this Resolution.

  • Original Deposit Agreement shall have the meaning given to such term in the preambles to the Deposit Agreement.

  • Note Depository Agreement means the agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and DTC, as the initial Clearing Agency relating to the Notes, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Class B Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-1B thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-1B and the issuance of the Class B Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the pooling and servicing agreement, trust and servicing agreement or other similar agreement to be entered into in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization Note.

  • Issuer Administration Agreement means that certain issuer administration agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Administrator, the Issuer, the Transferor and the Indenture Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Deposit Escrow Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Custodial Agreement An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.

  • Disbursement Agreement that certain Master Disbursement Agreement, dated as of , 2002, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the other parties signatory thereto, as the same may hereafter be amended or modified in accordance with its terms and the terms of the Credit Agreement.

  • Swap Administration Agreement As defined in Section 4.08(b).

  • Non-Lead Servicing Agreements means the PSA with respect to each Non-Lead Note (other than the Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

  • Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Seller and the Owner Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means that certain Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Collateral Trustee and Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.

  • Issuer-ICSDs Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and each of the ICSDs;

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • Farm-Out Agreement means a Farm-In Agreement, viewed from the standpoint of the party that transfers an ownership interest to another.

  • Certificate Custodian Initially, First Union National Bank; thereafter any other Certificate Custodian acceptable to The Depository Trust Company and selected by the Trustee.

  • Refinancing Trust Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 9.1(c).

  • Custodial Agreements The Custodial Agreements, listed in Exhibit F hereof, as each such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereunder.
