Master Servicer Fee definition

Master Servicer Fee. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the fee payable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.06 equal to the product of (a) 1/12th of the Master Servicer Fee Rate and (b) the principal balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Master Servicer Fee. With respect to any Distribution Date, all income and gain realized from the investment of funds in the Master Servicer Account during the period from and including the Master Servicer Remittance Date in the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, to but excluding the Master Servicer Remittance Date relating to such Distribution Date.

Master Servicer Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Payment Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the preceding calendar month, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
