Master Servicer Remittance Amount definition

Master Servicer Remittance Amount. With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.
Master Servicer Remittance Amount. With respect to any Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in the Certificate Account as of the commencement of business on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) any payments of principal (including, without limitation, Principal Prepayments) and interest (including, without limitation, Additional Interest), Liquidation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds received after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums received after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Certificate Account pursuant to any of clauses (ii) through (xvi) of Section 3.05(a), and (v) any amounts deposited in the Certificate Account in error; provided that, with respect to the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the Final Distribution Date, the Master Servicer Remittance Amount will be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii) and (b)(iii) of this definition.

Examples of Master Servicer Remittance Amount in a sentence

  • Not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Master Servicer Remittance Date, each Master Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator, for deposit in the Distribution Account, an aggregate amount of immediately available funds equal to the related Master Servicer Remittance Amount for the Master Servicer Remittance Date.

Master Servicer Remittance Amount means, with respect to any Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to: (a) the aggregate amount of all payments and other collections on or with respect to the Trust Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties (including Loss of Value Payments and, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, any Initial Deposits) that (i) were Received by the Trust as of the close of business on the immediately preceding applicable Determination Date and (ii) are on deposit or are required to be on deposit in the Pool Custodial Account as of 12:00 noon (New York City time) on such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, including any such payments and other collections transferred or required to be transferred to the Pool Custodial Account from the Pool REO Account (if established) and/or a Loan Combination Custodial Account, net of (b) the portion of the aggregate amount described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following--(i) scheduled Monthly Payments that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period (or, in the case of a scheduled Monthly Payment that is due on a Due Date in the same month as such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date but subsequent to the end of the related Collection Period, following the end of the calendar month in which such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date occurs), (ii) any amount payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Pool Custodial Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xviii) of Section 3.05(a), (iii) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds and (iv) any amounts deposited in the Pool Custodial Account in error.

Master Servicer Remittance Amount means, with respect to any Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to: (a) the aggregate amount of (i) all payments and other collections on or with respect to the Trust Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties (including Loss of Value Payments and, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, any Initial Deposits) that (A) were Received by the Trust as of the close of business on the applicable Determination Date in the same calendar month as such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date and (B) are on deposit or are required to be on deposit in the Pool Custodial Account as of 12:00 noon (New York City time) on such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, including any such payments and other collections transferred or required to be transferred to the Pool Custodial Account from the Pool REO Account (if established) and/or a Loan Combination Custodial Account, and (ii) to the extent not already included among the amounts described in clause (a)(i) above, any remittance received with respect to an Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan as of such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date but after the preceding Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date (or, in the case of the initial Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, after the Closing Date), net of (b) the portion of the aggregate amount described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following--(i) scheduled Monthly Payments that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period (or, in the case of a scheduled Monthly Payment that is due on a Due Date in the same month as such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date but subsequent to the end of the related Collection Period, following the end of the calendar month in which such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date occurs), (ii) any amount payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Pool Custodial Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xix) of Section 3.05(a), (iii) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds and (iv) any amounts deposited in the Pool Custodial Account in error.
Master Servicer Remittance Amount. With respect to any Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) all unscheduled collections of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans (including Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments, Net REO Proceeds and Net Liquidation Proceeds, if any) collected by the Master Servicer during the prior calendar month and all scheduled Monthly Payments due on the related Due Date and received on or prior to the Business Day preceding such Master Servicer Remittance Date, (ii) all Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer with respect to payments due to be received on the Mortgage Loans on the related Due Date and (iii) any other amounts required to be placed in the Collection Account by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement but excluding the following:

Master Servicer Remittance Amount. As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the sum of (i) the amount relating to the Mortgage Loans on deposit in the Custodial Account as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date, (ii) the amount of any Advance made on the immediately preceding Certificate Account Deposit Date, (iii) any amount deposited in the Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.12(a), reduced by (b) the sum as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date of (w) aggregate Foreclosure Profits, (x) the Amount Held for Future Distribution, and (y) amounts permitted to be withdrawn by the Master Servicer from the Custodial Account in respect of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to clauses (i)-(xi), inclusive, of Section 3.10(a).
Master Servicer Remittance Amount means, with respect to any Determination Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) all unscheduled collections of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans (including Principal Prepayments and any prepayment penalties received in connection with such Principal Prepayments or Curtailments, Net REO Proceeds and Net Liquidation Proceeds, if any, and any amounts deposited in the Collection Account or Certificate Account in connection with are purchase of the Mortgage Loans) collected by the Master Servicer during the Due Period and all scheduled Monthly Payments due on the Mortgage Loans on the Due Date and received by the Master Servicer on or prior to the _____ Business Day preceding the related Determination Date, plus (ii) all Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer with respect to payments due to be received on the Mortgage Loans on the related Due Date plus (iii) the amount of Compensating Interest due with respect to Mortgage Loans with respect to the related Due Period, plus (iv) any other amounts required to be placed in the Collection Account with respect to Mortgage Loans by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Pooling and Servicing Agreement but excluding, without duplication, the following:
