Match Commissioner definition

Match Commissioner means the Match Official appointed by RFYS who acts as RFYS’s official representative at a Match/venue and is responsible for overseeing the technical organization of the Match and compliance with the applicable Regulations (under his purview);
Match Commissioner means the official who is appointed and entrusted by FIFA to supervise the correct organisation of a match and for ensuring that FIFA Regulations and instructions are observed.
Match Commissioner means the PLC-appointed match official.
