Material Claims definition

Material Claims means the Claims set forth in (a) Proofs of Claim numbers 2464, 2467, and 3007, (b) the Additional Consent Claims; and (c) Proofs of Claim numbers 3086, 3087, 3413, and 3414, and any amendments thereof, and irrespective of any assignments or transfers thereof.
Material Claims is defined in Section 9.4(e).
Material Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 10.4(d).
