Material Date definition

Material Date means the date of publication of notification of various controlled area declared as under:-
Material Date means the date on which the annual guarantee fee on the amount covered in respect of eligible borrower is paid/ credited to the Trust by the Member lending institution.
Material Date means the date on which the guarantee fee on the amount covered in respect of eligible borrower becomes payable by the eligible institution/MLI to IFCI.
