Approved Building Plans definition

Approved Building Plans means the final construction plans/documents that have been approved by the local governing body that will be utilized for the construction of the Project.
Approved Building Plans means the drawings and specifications of a proposed building with evidence of the building approval stamped or endorsed on them;
Approved Building Plans means the plans and specifications for a building prepared by a qualified person and approved under the Buildings Ordinance, 1994 [Cap. 8];

More Definitions of Approved Building Plans

Approved Building Plans means building plans approved by the Municipality in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act 103 of 1977),

Building Design and Construction Manual/Guiding Document means the Manual or Guiding Document contemplated in paragraph 4.2.1.6 of the BDCR, prepared by the Design Review Committee of the Trustee Committee (DRC) with a view to facilitating the processes pertaining to the matters delegated to the DRC, and to clarifying, illustrating, and further explaining, in whichever way the DRC find appropriate, relevant provisions of the BDCR to Members, Building Contractors and other service providers, provided that the Manual or Guiding Document may not contain any procedure or building design and construction prescript conflicting with the provisions of the BDCR, and should any conflict arise between the provisions of the Manual or Guiding Document and the provisions of the BDCR, the provisions of the BDCR will take precedence.
Approved Building Plans means the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Estate prepared by the Authorized Person for the development of the Lot approved by the Building Authority under Ref. No. BD2/9217/11 and include any approved amendments thereto from time to time.
Approved Building Plans means the approved building plans issued by Bridesdale Farm for houses to be constructed on the Bridesdale Farm Home Lots under the applicable Design Guidelines from time to time.
