Material Member definition

Material Member means each of (i) Xxxxxx-Jewish Hospital, so long as such Member of the Obligated Group accounts for twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the total net revenues of the consolidated Obligated Group, determined on the basis of the “Net Revenue” update for the most recently completed Fiscal Year delivered to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.01(ii)(4) hereof, and (ii) a Member of the Obligated Group, or an aggregation or combination of Members of the Obligated Group, whose total net revenues of the consolidated Obligated Group accounts for fifty percent (50%) or more of the total net revenues of the consolidated Obligated Group, determined on the basis of the “Net Revenue” update for the most recently completed Fiscal Year delivered to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.01(ii)(4) hereof.

Examples of Material Member in a sentence

  • Potential Member means an individual who meets the eligibility requirements to enroll in the Oregon Health Plan but has not yet enrolled with a specific PHP or CCO.
