Matured Performing Rate definition

Matured Performing Rate means a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the Regular Interest Rate plus five percentage points (5%) or (ii) the Treasury Rate plus five percentage points (5%).
Matured Performing Rate means a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the Regular Interest Rate plus two percentage (2%) points or (ii) the Treasury Rate plus two percentage (2%) points.
Matured Performing Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the Regular Interest Rate plus two percent (2%) or (ii) two percent (2%) plus the yield on the U.S. Treasury (primary issue) with a maturity date closest to September 10, 2027, with such yield being based on the bid price for such issue as published in the Wall Street Journal on the date that is 14 days prior to the Anticipated Payment Date (or, if such bid price is not published on that date, the next preceding date on which such bid price is so published) and converted to a monthly compounded nominal yield.

Examples of Matured Performing Rate in a sentence

  • Interest accrued at the Matured Performing Rate and not paid pursuant to the preceding sentence ("Accrued Interest"), shall be added to the outstanding principal balance of the Loan and shall earn interest at the Applicable Interest Rate, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Interest accrued at the Matured Performing Rate and not paid pursuant to the preceding sentence ("Accrued Interest"), shall be added to the outstanding principal balance and shall earn interest at the Applicable Interest Rate, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Matured LC Obligations means all amounts paid by LC Issuer on drafts or demands for payment drawn or made under or purported to be made under any Letter of Credit and all other amounts due and owing to LC Issuer under any LC Application for any Letter of Credit, to the extent the same have not been repaid to LC Issuer (with the proceeds of Loans or otherwise).

  • Non-Performing Assets means an asset classified as non-performing based on the instructions and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time

  • Non-Performing Loans means, with respect to any Bank Subsidiary at any time, the aggregate principal amount (including any capitalized interest) of all nonaccruing loans of such Bank Subsidiary plus the aggregate principal amount of all loans of such Bank Subsidiary that are ninety (90) days or more past due and still accruing minus the Guaranteed Loan Amount of such Bank Subsidiary, in each case at such time.

  • Non-Performing First Lien Bank Loans means First Lien Bank Loans other than Performing First Lien Bank Loans.

  • Liquidity Obligations means all principal, interest, fees and other amounts owing to the Liquidity Providers under the Liquidity Facilities, Section 8.1 of the Participation Agreements or the Fee Letters.

  • Investment Obligations means and include, except as otherwise provided in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the authorization of Bonds, any of the following securities, if and to the extent that such securities are legal investments for funds of the Issuer;

  • Interest Swap Obligations means the obligations of any Person pursuant to any arrangement with any other Person, whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a floating or a fixed rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such other Person calculated by applying a fixed or a floating rate of interest on the same notional amount and shall include, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements.

  • Overdraft Obligations means, with respect to any Portfolio, the amount of any outstanding Overdraft(s) provided by the Custodian to such Portfolio together with all accrued interest thereon.

  • L/C Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the ISP, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn.

  • Swap Agreement Obligations means any and all obligations of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor), under (a) any and all Swap Agreements permitted hereunder with a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, and (b) any and all cancellations, buy backs, reversals, terminations or assignments of any such Swap Agreement transaction.

  • default value means a value derived from a typical value by the application of pre-determined factors and that may, in circumstances specified in this Directive, be used in place of an actual value;’;

  • Unpaid Balance of any Receivable means at any time the unpaid principal amount thereof.

  • Off-Balance Sheet Obligations means liabilities and obligations of the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any other Person in respect of “off-balance sheet arrangements” (as defined in Item 303(a)(4)(ii) of Regulation S-K promulgated under the Securities Act) which the Borrower would be required to disclose in the “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” section of the Borrower’s report on Form 10-Q or Form 10-K (or their equivalents) which the Borrower is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any Governmental Authority substituted therefor).

  • Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.

  • Unpaid Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.
