Maturity Redemption Price definition

Maturity Redemption Price with respect to a redemption of Securities, shall mean an amount equal to the principal of and accrued and unpaid interest on the Debentures as of the maturity date thereof.
Maturity Redemption Price means an amount equal to the sum of the principal amount of the outstanding Notes on the Maturity Date and the accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
