Mauritius waters definition

Mauritius waters means the territorial sea, internal waters, archipelagic waters, historic waters, the EEZ of Mauritius, and the water superjacent to its continental shelf;
Mauritius waters means any waters where Mauritius has jurisdiction in respect of the protection and preservation of the marine environment within the meaning of the Maritime Zones Act 2002;
